Did you know that February is “Love the Bus” month? This annual event recognizes the vital role school buses and their drivers play in a school district.
The daily journey of the West Geauga fleet covers an impressive 3,396 miles. To put that into perspective, that’s the equivalent of traveling from Chesterland to Salt Lake City, UT and back every single day. On average, 1,359 West G students are transported each day. Remarkably, all of this is achieved through the efficient operation of 24 bus and 8 van routes.

Reminder - tonight is the first Board of Education meeting in 2024. The meeting begins at 6:45 to include the Tax Budget Meeting, Organizational Meeting, followed by the Regular Meeting.
Applications for open enrollment of non-resident students for the 2024-2025 school year will be accepted online between January 9, 2024 at 8:00 am - January 16, 2024 at 8:00 am. Applications are time stamped in the order received. No applications will be accepted outside of this timeframe. Reminder - Tomorrow (Thursday, 10/26) is Pajama Day! This Sleep in Heavenly Peace fundraiser helps build and deliver beds to kids in our community who are sleeping on the floor. We invite all students and teachers to wear their pajamas tomorrow. If you are able, our school has chosen $1 for each donation.

Reminder to Parents/Guardians of returning West Geauga students - The Annual Census Review was due July 10! Thank you to everyone who has already submitted. If you have not yet submitted your Census, please do so right away through your Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Submission of this form is required each year.
West Geauga High School, Middle School and Central Office are closed Friday, June 23 due to no water.
