Principal's Advisory Committee
What is it?
The West Geauga High School Principal’s Advisory Committee (PAC) seeks to establish a strong relationship between students and administration. The PAC, composed of students in grades 9-12, works from a student’s perspective to communicate and facilitate action towards solving school issues. Members of the PAC represent the student body’s voice to the principal(s). The members are also student ambassadors for the school and are expected so set a positive example for their peers.
Who can apply?
The PAC empowers student voice, and all students in grades 9-12 are welcome and encouraged to apply. Just fill out a google form application and let us know why you would be a valuable member of the committee. Applications are available at the beginning of each school year.
What is involved?
The PAC meets with the principal and/or assistant principal once a month to provide their input on school issues. Students also participate in school-wide events held throughout the year. Students are asked to commit to being a member for one year.
