Westwood Elementary School -

Students in all grade levels at Westwood Elementary joined together for the annual One School One Book reading. This year, the book selected was Friendship, According to Humphrey by Betty G. Birney, which is part of a twelve book series. The main character of the book is Humphrey, who is a classroom pet hamster. In this adventure, Humphrey learns that friendship can be tricky and uses his problem-solving skills to make a new friend. Along with daily classroom readings, students enjoyed a themed spirit week relating to friendship. Thank you to the Westwood PTO for providing each student a copy of the book!
