We hope you have been enjoying your summer. We are excited to see all our students again very soon! As back-to-school is drawing nearer, we wanted to make sure you had some very important updates. Please see below for information regarding Conquer Your Locker/New Student Orientation, schedules, and parking information.

Monday, August 14: 7th and 8th Grade Locker Assignment Pick-up

Monday, August 21: First Day of School!
Tuesday, August 29: Open House (7:00 pm)
REMINDER: For all incoming 7th graders: The Meningococcal and Tdap vaccinations are currently due now. Please send immunization records to dawn.mansfield@westg.org.

NOTE: The Middle School will begin their day with First Period not Independent Study. It is imperative that students be prompt to school so they can successfully begin their day.
STUDENT SCHEDULES
Student schedules will be released on August 14 at 3pm through Infinite Campus.
Please keep in mind that no schedule changes will be permitted for the following:

BOOKBAGS
Students will be permitted to carry a bookbag into school daily, but will not be allowed to carry it from class to class. There is ample time to visit lockers to get what is needed for class.
TRANSPORTATION
There will not be a library bus transporting students to the Geauga West LIbrary. At the end of the school day, all students will have to be picked up or ride their bus home. Reminder: Middle School students are not permitted to walk to the library.
